With Black Friday hastily approaching, you need a good way to merge orders from the same customer.
No need to pay more, just to send the customer more parcels. 🤔
This new feature lets you select any orders that would need to be merged and select which information should be primary if they vary.
... And don't worry - if you have enabled fulfillment, we will make sure all the merged orders get the correct status.
Our order list can now provide you with a quick overview, to see if your labels or slips have been printed.
NOTE: This is updated for all orders less than a month old.
You can now edit the columns in your order list to make sure you always see exactly the information you want when you want it.
This feature also allows you to hide anything you don't want to see.
If you want Webshipper to create a shipment, every time you receive an order in your shop - this feature is for you!
This is often paired with automatically printing a label, so the entire process is automated.
All you have to do is pack the order and attach the label.
You will find the checkmark inside your order channel settings (Settings > Orderchannels > Select Orderchannel > Edit Orderchannel)
You are now able to set up a workflow based on the number of items in an order.
So if you wanted to apply a tag to all orders with only 1 item, you could do the following:
