If you ship orders to other countries than your own, you are now able add the customs fields since this has now become a standard measure. Not only is this an expectation on the customs documentation, it’s also the online shops responsibility to fill information for customs such as tariff numbers and country of origin. Your customer just needs to choose their favourite pick-up point whether it's at home, a work place or a Instabox locker. When the package has been dropped off a text message notification is sent to the customer telling them they can pick up their parcel with the given pin number. That is simple delivery.
